New Patients

If you would like to join our practice, please call on 01200 424641 or send an email to arrange a consultation appointment.

We charge a fixed fee for new patients of £50, which is payable in advance of the appointment. Payment may be made by credit card over the phone.

This includes a comprehensive examination, all necessary x-rays and photographs and a written estimate of costs of any treatment.

Prior to your visit we will send a welcome pack which includes a medical history questionnaire.
